RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform custodial duties and general maintenance for interior and exterior common areas of our communities. Responsibilities include grounds work, power washing, make-ready prep, and safe operation of maintenance equipment.
On-call responsiveness and timely completion of work orders are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, with knowledge of carpentry, drywall, and basic trades.
