Facilities Specialist

Element Care is seeking a Facilities Specialist II to support safe, reliable PACE centers and clinic environments for frail seniors. In this role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, complete repairs, and support building operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities include inspecting facilities and building systems, responding to work orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining safety and compliance with healthcare and infection control standards.

Working closely with interdisciplinary care teams, you will help create clean, secure, and functional spaces that allow participants to live independently and with dignity in the community.
