Part-Time Custodian

Custodian to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining our facilities. Based on the responsibilities outlined in, this role helps maintain offices, common areas, production support spaces, and grounds while supporting safety and environmental standards.

• Part-Time Position
• 18 hours per week - 3 days per week is ideal currently
• Flexible scheduling may be available
• Additional hours may be offered based on business needs

• Maintain cleanliness throughout offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and facility grounds.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize work spaces and high-traffic areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Stock and replenish restroom, kitchen, and breakroom supplies.
• Operate custodial equipment safely and effectively.
• Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and facility issues.
• Support company environmental and safety initiatives.
• Help ensure a clean, professional, and safe workplace for employees and visitors.

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and workplace safety practices.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to maintaining high standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating floor scrubbers, buffers, or similar custodial equipment.
