Quad is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic at our Burlington, WI facility. Paid relocation may be available for highly qualified candidates located over 100 miles from the plant.

Compensation: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Work schedule: 4 shifts of 10 hours (4pm‑2am) or 5 shifts of 8 hours (4pm‑midnight). Shift may include overtime, weekends, and holidays.

• Perform mechanical preventive maintenance procedures and repairs on all production‑related equipment, including bearings, belts, chains, coupling alignment, gearboxes, and bench work.
• Rebuild and overhaul conveyor maintenance, fans and blowers, electric motor replacement, and diagnostics.
• Utilize and maintain assembly and part drawings to determine part quality and conformity.

• 2‑4 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Basic math, computer, and communication skills.
• Must own a basic set of mechanical hand tools and be able to operate and maintain power tools safely.
• Available to work overtime and perform on‑call responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Completion of a maintenance program at a vocational/technical school or a recognized apprenticeship program in general mechanical maintenance.

The actual rate of pay will vary based on education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, compensation may include overtime and shift differentials.
