About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art facility. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our building, grounds, and equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our facilities remain safe, clean, and well-maintained, allowing our care team to focus on providing top-notch care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building structures
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality completed work
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns
Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless facility operations
