Team Cleaning Lead

As a Part-Time Team Cleaning Lead, you will play a vital role in both leading and working alongside a small team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and security. The team works collaboratively, with each member performing designated tasks to efficiently complete cleaning assignments together.

• Lead and work alongside a team of 1-3 cleaning staff to complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Open, clean, inspect, and secure each facility area before moving to the next assignment.
• Monitor the quality of cleaning and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Conduct inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

• Previous experience supervising or leading a team is required.
• Experience with team cleaning is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00pm – 9:00pm.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.
• This is a working lead position; willingness to perform cleaning tasks alongside the team is essential.
