The Production Team Member – Engine Installer plays a critical role in bringing every Barletta boat to life. This hands‑on position focuses on installing, rigging, troubleshooting, and testing marine engines to ensure every boat meets our standards for quality, performance, and reliability.

• Perform quality inspections on rear rails and panels
• Identify and repair defects such as scratches, dents, and surface imperfections
• Use hand tools and production equipment to complete finishing work
• Maintain production standards in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
• Strong work ethic and positive, team‑first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically active environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Regular use of hand tools and production equipment
• Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
