Wash and Roll is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support multiple car wash locations across East Tennessee. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water treatment systems to keep sites operating with minimal downtime.
This field role requires independence, strong problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work and an on‑call rotation to respond to
