Rentokil Pest Control - Graduate Pest Control Technician

Join our team in Bristol and surrounding areas. Full training provided – no experience required.

• Base salary £27,669 per annum, potential OTE £32,566 with bonuses.

• Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with future overtime opportunities.
• Industry‑leading training to support customer pest‑control needs.

You will start as a Pest Control Technician, focusing on a local area for 6–12 months while receiving comprehensive industry‑recognised training.

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Address pest problems through cleaning and removal of evidence.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.

• Minimum 2.2 UK degree in a science, social science, or business management, hospitality or tourism subject.
• Strong work ethic, customer‑facing attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility with working patterns.
• May need to pass a DBS check for certain roles.
