We are looking for a skilled and dependable Specialist Cleaning Technician to join our team, delivering high‑quality specialist cleaning services across domestic and commercial client sites throughout Bristol and North Somerset.
The Specialist Cleaning Technician Role
Our Specialist Cleaning Technicians work independently or with teammates, travelling between client sites in a company van, to deliver top‑quality specialist cleaning services.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities
- Carpet, upholstery, and hard floor cleaning
- Deep cleans for homes and commercial premises
- Steam cleaning, sanitisation, stain treatments, and extractor cleaning
- Exterior cleaning and pressure washing
- Using specialist cleaning equipment and products
- Travelling between client sites in a company van
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 25 years or older due to fleet insurance requirements.

Average Days & Hours (Flexibility Preferred)
40 hours per week
Monday‑Thursday (on-site): 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday (on‑site): 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
One Saturday or Sunday per month required (Sunday paid at double time)
Door‑to‑door travel paid, minus the first and last 30 minutes of travel
Early morning, evening, or overnight work may occur occasionally; any additional hours are paid as overtime with suitable rest periods provided. We’re looking for someone who can offer a degree of flexibility when needed.
