Integral UK LTD is seeking an experienced Building Fabric Engineer to join our JLL Maintenance team in Bristol. The successful candidate will undertake various planned and reactive building fabric tasks, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and achieving SLA and KPI targets.
Essential qualifications include a City & Guild apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ in Carpentry and Joinery, sound interpersonal skills, and a clean driving license. This role requires SC clearance to fulfill responsibilities.
