Vehicle Maintenance Manager

Job Overview

Easton Coach Company LLC is hiring a Technician/Maintenance Manager who will work on vehicles, maintain accurate maintenance records, manage teams, track inventory, perform routine checks, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with crew members, roll out fleet solutions, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Perform work on vehicles as the technician.
• Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records.
• Manage maintenance teams to keep vehicles operationally ready.
• Track inventory and ensure parts availability for repairs.
• Perform routine service checks on the fleet.
• Ensure compliance with all fleet regulations.
• Collaborate with mechanics, operators, drivers, and driving assistants to equip vehicles with necessary supplies.
• Implement fleet management solutions as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Preferred: ASE certifications or ability to obtain within first 90 days.
• Preferred:
  State Inspection License or willingness to obtain within first 90 days.
• Three (3) years of progressive maintenance experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School diploma.

Pay: $65,000.00
