Position Title:
Accounts Payable & Purchasing Specialist
Location:
Broadview, IL
Experience:
Seeking 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or bookkeeping
- Manage AP, payroll, reconciliations, and sales tax filing
- Handle purchase orders, vendor invoicing, freight coordination, and employee onboarding/records
- Manufacturing or Industrial experience a plus
- Quick Books and payroll software proficiency required
- 62-75k Total (flexible)
- 401k 6%
- Benefits (30 days)
- 2 weeks PTO
