- Coordinate cross‑functional inputs to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Schedule and support project meetings; document action items and follow‑ups.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and key milestones.
- Manage new item setup in customer portals, ensuring accuracy of product, packaging, and logistics data.
- Maintain and update item data across internal and external systems.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Support artwork development, revisions, and approval processes with internal teams and external partners.
- Track artwork timelines, proofing, and approvals to ensure on‑time execution.
- Assist with packaging documentation and specification management.
- Analyze sales performance, customer complaints, and key metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Build and maintain Excel‑based reports and trackers.
- Support development of sales presentations, including data gathering and slide preparation.
- Assist in analyzing syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/IRI) to support customer and category insights.
- Provide data‑driven support to Sales and Commercial teams for customer discussions.
- Assist with product specs, BOMs, and documentation management.
- Support coordination of samples, trials, and launch readiness activities.
- Identify risks or gaps and elevate as needed.
- Participate in post‑project reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or relevant coursework a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (comfortable building trackers, organizing data, and using basic formulas).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role.
- Experience in food manufacturing or CPG.
- Familiarity with packaging, product development, or production processes.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
- Basic data analysis experience (sales, quality, or customer data).
- Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana).
