Production Supervisor-Manufacturing

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and support our client’s team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring production goals are met, maintaining safety standards, and developing team members within the department.

80-90K depending on experience

• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Make necessary adjustments to ensure production schedule is being met.
• Responsible for following Lean Manufacturing Concepts and safety policies.
• Oversee the training and development of team members in regards to safety, machine operation and company procedures.
• Work with other departments to improve operating procedures while maintaining their individual production requirements.
• Maintain and efficiently perform production assignment/ expectations from Plant Manager within allotted time period per the production schedule.
• Provide real‑time information and reports to management and accurately enter information in Plex‑ERP Software.

• Inspect materials, products, or equipment for detect defects or malfunctions, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work with Human Resources in the areas of hiring, discipline, employee relation concerns, development and termination of team members.
• Work with Purchasing to order necessary supplies.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a metal manufacturing environment. (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of IATF requirements
• Strong problem‑solving and leadership skills
• HS Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)

• Associate degree or technical trade school background
