Load and weigh dry ingredients according to established recipes and production requirements;
Set up, adjust, and operate machinery used for cooking and mixing, including liquid filler equipment and mixing tanks;
Gather raw materials and ingredients from inventory and stage them at the correct workstations in advance of production runs;
Follow recipes and batch instructions to mix and add ingredients in the proper sequence and quantities;
Monitor product during the cooking process, including waiting for product to cook and checking for any obvious issues
