Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Illinois

• Must have at least (1) year of clinical supervisory experience.

• Shifts : 3 x 12s

The initial duration is 13 weeks , with the possibility of an extension based on facility needs and performance.

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate healthcare delivery to the inmate population.

• Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to nursing staff while ensuring compliance with correctional healthcare policies, protocols, and regulations.

• Collaborate with physicians, mental health providers, and custody staff to manage patient care, emergencies, and continuity of treatment.

• Monitor documentation, medication administration, and infection control practices to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.

This is a correctional facility/prison
U.S. Citizenship required for ICE clearance ICE Clearance is taking 3-4 weeks to obtain once candidate completes the application.
