Wash Crew Fleet

Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time

Wash crew fleet position in Broadview, IL. The role focuses on washing and preparing all company vehicles—including motor coaches, sedans, limousines, and mini buses—for presentation to customer company vehicles.

• Wash and detail the exterior and interior of motor coaches to a very high company standard using a mobile wash unit.
• Inspect coaches, sedans, limos, mini buses, and other vehicle types for cleanliness and safety before off‑load.
• Operate and maneuver the mobile auto wash unit, sweep, vacuum, mop floors, power wash exteriors, clean windows inside and out, and empty garbage.
• Help mechanics by bringing parts, cleaning up, and carrying parts or tools as needed.
• Assist with preparing vehicles for chauffeurs, maintaining temperature control during inclement weather, and filling basic supplies and customer‑requested items per order.
• Keep restrooms, toilets, paper, and the wash bay, fleet shop, and parking area clean and safe.
• Perform post‑trip inspections for motor coaches and other vehicle types.
• Move coaches in and out of the wash bay safely and operate all wash equipment safely.
• Work irregular hours, varying shifts, and flexible scheduling, including 24/7/365 coverage.

• Work environment includes both outside and inside in all types of weather.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs., as well as repeatedly bend, kneel, stretch, push, lift without restriction.
• Class D driver’s license, personal transportation, cell phone, and email.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Must be team oriented.
• Pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing required; random drug screens conducted.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR required for hire and annually.

$15 - $19 per hour

• Minimum age of 21 years to qualify for the position.
• CDL license recommended; company will assist with CDL preparation.
