Salary Range: $19.46 to $29.19 Hourly

Job Purpose

Performs preventative maintenance and repairs in/around the facility.

• Identify building maintenance needs and immediate corrective actions required.
• Replace/repair building finishes with tasks including painting, concrete work, door hardware, and piping.
• Support/direct onsite service contractors and vendors.
• Apply knowledge of preventive maintenance measures to maintain a safe and functioning facility.
• Perform routine and non-routine preventive maintenance in and around all company facilities and equipment.
• Adhere to safe work practices and all safety standards/guidelines.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Available on weekends.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Valid Driver’s License

• Proficient with tools/equipment used in building/custodial maintenance, reconstruction, and repair work.
• Experience as a facilities maintenance technician in a manufacturing or construction setting

Pay is based upon factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all applicable minimum wage laws.
