Job Title

Night Supervisor – Janitorial

South Shore and Greater Boston area.

Full Time or Part Time

Option 1: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (flexible work hours)
Option 2: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (flexible work hours)

• Conduct job inspections and quality control checks.
• Follow up on client concerns and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Assist with staffing coverage, callouts, and operational troubleshooting as needed.
• Support, train, and motivate cleaning technicians in the field.
• Perform project work, detail cleaning, and specialty services when necessary.
• Deliver supplies and provide operational support to field staff.
• Ensure company cleaning specifications and procedures are consistently followed.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding staffing, quality, client concerns, and operational needs.
• Help maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

• Industry and project work knowledge.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Experience in training.
• Bilingual in Portuguese (preferred).
• Availability to work the specified shift hours Monday through Friday.
• Works well with others.
• Adaptable and able to handle change.
• Ability to learn and to teach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude.
• Self‑motivated.
