Schochet is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Hamilton Wade Douglas House, a 242-unit elderly/disabled community in Massachusetts. You will lead the maintenance team, schedule daily operations, and oversee vendor contracts.
The role requires 3–5 years of residential maintenance and supervisory experience, with strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repair skills. On-call duties require residing within 30 minutes of Brockton and a valid driver’s license.
