Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines;
Inspects, clean, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures; observes and documents signs of wear and tear;
Leads and participates in teams by coordinating and executing work assignments; provides advice and support to ensure timelines and quality;
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; orders parts and tracks maintenance activities;
Ensures compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety requirements; documents preventive maintenance activities.
