Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures;
Perform major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures using multiple craft skills including plumbing;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; document expenses and maintenance logs;
Order parts and track orders; submit warranty claims; ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations;
Lead and participate in teams; provide guidance and training to others; ensure timelines and quality of work.
