Industrial Maintenance

Work Schedule: The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
. However, this position requires the ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to maintenance-related issues as needed.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, and systems
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
• Fabricate and install parts as needed
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Proficient in fabricating and installing parts using various tools and equipment
• Experience with CMMS software for tracking work orders and documenting repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Strong customer service skills to interact with internal departments and external vendors.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
