The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and a welcoming environment within the organization’s facilities. This position ensures that all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the overall comfort and safety of employees, clients, and visitors. The Housekeeper will manage various cleaning tasks including floor care, dusting, waste disposal, and sanitization, while adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential to successfully fulfill the responsibilities of this role. Ultimately, the Housekeeper supports the smooth operation of the company by creating a clean and organized workspace that reflects the company’s commitment to quality and professionalism.

• Ability to speak, read, and write English to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including reaching overhead and working on floors.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Basic mathematical skills to perform measurements and calculations related to cleaning tasks.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.

• Certification or training in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, or use of cleaning equipment.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as buffers, polishers, or carpet cleaners.
• Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning products and sustainable cleaning practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Previous experience working in a corporate or enterprise environment.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Follow detailed oral and written instructions to complete cleaning schedules and special projects accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain floor care by using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure floors are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Manage waste disposal by collecting trash and recyclables and ensuring proper handling and removal according to company policies.
• Reach overhead and other difficult-to-access areas to clean vents, light fixtures, and other surfaces as required.
• Use basic mathematical skills to measure cleaning solutions and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
