Inspect all workstations for cleanliness and organization.;
Verify that critical equipment (fryers, grills, POS terminals, refrigerators) are powered on, functional, and calibrated.;
Uncover portables and unlock fridges, cages and cabinets prior to event.;
Cover all portables and confirm all portable grills are cleaned and covered.;
Lock all beer fridges, walk-ins, cabinets, cages and drawers where necessary post event.
