Complete all scheduled custodial duties in accordance with assigned custodian cleaning checklist;
Cleans floors, hallways and common areas and may include vacuuming, waxing and buffing floors;
Cleans bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, lobby and offices. Keeps bathroom supplies stocked.;
Assembles, arranges and cleans furniture as needed.;
Cleans and maintains parking lot, outdoor property as needed, including snow removal at frontage area.
