Ensure all auditorium seats are in good working order and repair broken seats in a timely manner;
Tile work and sheet rock repair;
Paint and change light bulbs as needed;
Perform daily inspections reports and other minor repairs as needed;
Train theatre personnel in proper and safe maintenance practices
