Blue Falls Car Wash is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Car Wash Maintenance Technician to support our car wash locations throughout Northeast Ohio.
This role is responsible for helping maintain and repair car wash equipment, tunnel systems, vacuums, pumps, motors, doors, chemical systems, and general site equipment. The right candidate should be mechanically inclined, comfortable troubleshooting equipment issues, and able to work independently across multiple locations.

Pay
: $18-$24 per hour, based on experience. Discretionary bonus based on performance.

Location

Supports multiple Blue Falls Car Wash locations throughout Northeast Ohio.
- Perform preventative maintenance on car wash equipment, tunnel systems, vacuums, air systems, doors, pumps, motors, and related site equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete basic repairs to keep locations operating safely and efficiently.
- Inspect wash tunnel equipment, conveyor systems, brushes, arches, dryers, chemical systems, and support equipment.
- Respond to maintenance needs at multiple locations as assigned.
- Assist with repairs involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general facility systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and communicate issues that may affect wash quality, safety, or site operations.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, equipment rooms, and maintenance spaces.
- Complete maintenance logs, checklists, and follow-up notes as required.
- Work with Site Leaders and Operations to prioritize urgent repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Help identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to reduce downtime.
- Follow all company safety procedures when working around equipment, chemicals, electrical systems, and moving vehicles.
- Assist with general facility repairs, including lighting, doors, hoses, vacuums, signage, drains, and site appearance items.
- Auto repair, car wash maintenance, equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred.
- Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, or chemical systems is a plus.
- Prior car wash industry experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Basic tool knowledge and ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently with limited supervision.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in wet, noisy, and fast‑paced environments.
- Must be dependable, organized, and willing to travel between locations.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work around active car wash equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Ability to safely work around chemicals, water, electrical components, moving equipment, and vehicles.
