Brookfield Zoo is seeking a seasonal, non-union, hourly staff member to greet guests, provide information, and process admissions and related services. Shifts vary, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum four days per week. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to work in varying weather conditions on zoo grounds.
Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, upselling admissions and packages, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout visits.
