We are hiring:
Clinical Support Associate (Medical Assistant EMT or LPN)

This position will support the Allergy Clinic.

Compensation:
Starting pay $18.06/Hr for non certified staff, $21.86/Hr starting pay for certified or licensed staff. Compensation goes up with experience.

Monday:
Brookfield Clinic 7:30am to 5:00pm

Wednesday:
Pewaukee Clinic 7:30am to 5:00pm

Thursday:
Pewaukee Clinic 7:30am to 5:00pm

Friday:
Pewaukee Clinic 6:45am – 4:15pm

Provides direct care to patients under the supervision and delegation of the Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Physician within Pro Health Medical Group. Provides care in partnership with the patient and their family, with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community.

• Support Pro Health Care’s Mission, Vision, and Values while adhering to the Pro Health Experience customer service goals.
• Efficiently prepare exam rooms by setting up proper equipment and supplies, following standard rooming workflows to prepare patients for provider exams, obtaining vital signs, health history verification, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR
• Clean exam rooms after each patient visit and maintain sufficient stock of supplies.
• Answer patient calls, obtain medical information, report test results, administer medications and vaccinations, prepare sterile fields, and assist with procedures as directed by providers.
• Perform therapeutic treatments, health screenings, specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and assist with splints or wound care under supervision.
• Respond to urgent situations, call for clinical assistance as needed, and assist in maintaining clinic medications, vaccinations, supplies, and equipment.
• Float to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by PHMG Leadership.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, or other equivalent clinical training program
