Connect with prospective clients to understand their specific coverage needs for their homes and vehicles.

Provide clear, accurate quotes that help families protect what matters most to them.

Educate clients on the nuances of their policies so they feel confident in their coverage choices.

Maintain accurate client records within our agency management system to ensure seamless service.

Follow up with leads to answer questions and offer helpful, low-pressure guidance throughout the decision-making process.

Work closely with the rest of our office team to provide a consistent and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Illinois Property & Casualty insurance producer license.

Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening.

Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple insurance rating platforms.

Detail-oriented approach to processing applications and documentation.

Previous experience in a customer-facing sales environment is a plus.
