Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. seeks a Service Technician for Sandgrass Pointe in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will perform general and emergency maintenance, cleaning, turnover, and on-call support to residents, keeping the property attractive and safe.
You will work with hand and power tools, follow repair manuals, and coordinate with third-party inspectors. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and pass OSHA
10 training; valid driver’s license is required.
