Job Responsibilities

Realization of all service activities in accordance with the requirements of service agreements, company policy and KONE processes;

Regular maintenance and repair of passenger elevators in accordance with technical guidelines;

Diagnosis of faults and taking corrective actions to eliminate them;

Conducting technical inspections and ensuring proper functioning of devices;

Maintaining long-term contacts with Customers, providing professional service and advice;

Cooperation with the service team and other departments of the company to optimize service activities;

Ensuring safety during work and compliance with OHS standards.

UDT category I qualifications for the maintenance of close transport devices (passenger elevators);

SEP qualifications up to 1 kV;

Technical education, preferably electrical engineering or related fields;

Minimum 2 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of elevator devices;

Independence, responsibility and ability to organize work;

Communicativeness and ability to work with the Customer.
