Escort outside contractors, inspectors and other visitors and accepts deliveries as needed;
Responsible for all repairs in building and on grounds;
Troubleshoots and repairs includes light electrical and plumbing (outlets, switches, light fixtures, washers, seats and stems; drain lines; sinks; tubs; and toilets);
Makes repairs to damaged sheetrock and plaster; sands and paints as necessary;
Performs other related duties as assigned
