We are looking for a Site Maintenance Technician to support both Brymore Academy and APEX Meadows. Your work will help create a safe, clean and well‑maintained setting where students and staff can thrive. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied, active position.

• Maintain buildings, grounds, and outdoor areas to a high standard
• Carry out routine checks, basic repairs, and general maintenance
• Support site security, safety procedures, and emergency responses
• Liaise with colleagues and external contractors to ensure efficient site operations
• Contribute to a compliant, welcoming, and well‑organised environment every day

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Enjoy hands‑on tasks and problem‑solving
• Have experience in maintenance, caretaking, groundskeeping, or similar work
• Have a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• Are confident using tools, equipment, and machinery
