Maintenance Supervisor | Brooksville, FL

BDC Brands is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who can take ownership of our facility and equipment maintenance, strengthen our preventive maintenance program, and lead a small team. If you enjoy solving tough problems, improving how things work, and seeing the direct impact of your efforts, we’d like to meet you.

• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, including pumps, mixers, fillers, forklifts, electrical systems, and PLCs
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program
• Supervise, train, and support two Maintenance Technicians
• Lead safety, 5S, organization, and continuous improvement efforts
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs
• Partner with leadership on equipment upgrades and facility improvements
• Document maintenance procedures, schedules, and completed work

• Five or more years of experience in skilled trades, industrial maintenance, or maintenance leadership
• Strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or multi-trade experience
• A hands-on leader who can manage projects from start to finish
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience running your own business or working independently is a plus.
