WhatYou Will Be Doing
As a Janitorial Floater you support multiple client sites by traveling to different buildings and ensuring each is clean, safe, and well‑maintained. You handle daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and responding to spills while working independently and efficiently. The successful candidate will be flexible with availability, own a reliable vehicle, and possess a valid driver’s license.
This role requires service of buildings in the Denver Metro area and, as needed, Colorado Springs.
- Service different buildings daily, as assigned by supervisor or admin staff.
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including a backpack vacuum.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
- Ensure doors are locked after hours.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned by supervisor.
- Valid unexpired driver’s license and personal vehicle for transportation.
- Ability to drive to different client locations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs (as needed).
- Handle basic cleaning and janitorial work, including emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, and wipe downs.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Work well when supervisors are not present.
- Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
- Ability to use basic cleaning equipment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. – E‑Verify required.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Bend, kneel, crouch, and perform other job‑related movements as required.
- Lift up to 40 lbs as required.
