Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in cable carriers and machine protection systems for manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Lead. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily maintenance for production equipment and facility systems, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and quality. You will perform hands‑on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and basic electrical issues, coordinate and prioritize work orders, and mentor technicians.
Working in a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, you will drive preventive maintenance, support process upgrades, and help enhance overall plant reliability.
- Lead day-to-day maintenance activities for production equipment and facility systems
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment
- Plan and prioritize work orders, coordinating with production to minimize downtime
- Guide and mentor maintenance technicians, promoting safe work practices
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS and ensure spare parts availability
- Collaborate with engineering and operations on process and equipment upgrades
- Support continuous improvement, 5S, and safety initiatives across the plant
