Part‑Time Hotel Maintenance Technician / Engineer

• Maintenance and Repairs:
  • Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs for hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, elevators).
  • Perform or supervise preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Facility Operations:
  • Ensure all hotel facilities—guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces—are in excellent condition.
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards for property upkeep and appearance.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire safety and building codes.
  • Perform regular safety inspections and maintain records of certifications and inspections.
  • Monitor and manage energy consumption to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement energy‑saving initiatives and sustainable practices.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams to address maintenance needs promptly and support guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large‑scale projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in maintenance or related technical field.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
