Maintenance Supervisor - ETP

Maintenance Manager

Scheduling and assigning team members to complete maintenance tasks.

Maintain workflow by monitoring team members and resources; implementing lean principles; monitoring reporting procedures and systems; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

Accomplishes maintenance results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, identifying and coordinating training needs, appraising job results; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Use a CMMS, such as Limble, to manage and track maintenance work.

Prepare and submit CAPEX requests.

Maintains staff by training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

Perform Annual Reviews for all direct reports.

Ensure proper operation of equipment by issuing and completing work orders.

Interacts with other managers, supervisors, and production workers on maintenance issues.

Ensure a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the proper use of equipment and resources; maintaining compliance with established environmental and safety policies and procedures.

Desire to improve professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

Ability to interact tactfully and courteously with employees, vendors and contractors

Maintain housekeeping and 6S standards.

Identify quality issues and attain established productivity standards.

Perform related responsibilities as required or directed.
