- You will commission, operate, troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and repair cryogenic liquid and gas production, purification, storage, vaporization, analytical, and delivery systems, including associated mechanical and control equipment
- Perform plant startups, shutdowns, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs while ensuring compliance with approved procedures and safety requirements
- Diagnose and resolve equipment, instrumentation, process control, and mechanical system issues involving valves, piping, pumps, motors, fans, transmitters, meters, and automated controls
- Further, you will develop and execute reliability, availability, and cost‑improvement projects to optimize plant performance and reduce operational expenses
- Maintain and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, maintenance documentation, quality records, and production reports in accordance with company and customer standards
- Coordinate maintenance activities, schedule resources, procure materials, and oversee contractors to support operational needs
- Utilize CMMS and condition‑monitoring data to drive preventive maintenance, identify potential failures, and implement timely corrective actions
- Perform LOTO, issue work permits, and ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, communicate operational issues, and support achievement of individual and team goals
- Work in both office and field environments, access elevated equipment, and participate in rotating on‑call coverage, extended hours, weekends, and holiday support as required
- You have an Associate degree, technical certification, military technical training, or equivalent experience in a related industrial or mechanical field
- More than two (2+) years of experience supporting industrial plant operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities
- Working knowledge of industrial equipment, mechanical systems, instrumentation, and process operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computerized maintenance systems
- Ability to climb ladders up to 200 feet, perform elevated work, wear required PPE, and lift up to 75 pounds as needed
- Ability to operate forklifts and aerial lifts upon company qualification
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, rotating on‑call schedules, and respond to plant emergencies during off‑hours
- Preferred background in military technical specialties such as Machinist Mate, Electrician Mate, Gas Turbine Technician, or Boiler Technician
