Regency Integrated Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with the following duties:
Supervise the day-to-day maintenance functions of assigned personnel;
Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing maintenance assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas;
Submit accident/incident reports to the director on the shift in which they occurred;
Ensure use of safety equipment and proper labeling of hazardous chemicals;
Maintain MSDSs for hazardous chemicals;
Report hazardous conditions or equipment to the Director;
Maintain infection control practices;
Recommend equipment and supply needs to the director;
Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials and equipment
