Production Helper
-Custodian will be responsible for the cleaning of facility, material movement, staging and maintaining high standards and Safety.

• This position has no direct reports

• Clean the manufacturing floor & warehouse including and not limited to doors, windows, panels.
• Maintain GMP documentation for cleaning activities performed.
• Unload/load trucks.
• Perform Material Staging and Material Movement of WIP and Finished Goods, using pallet lifts, stackers and forklift.
• Maintain rejection cage and disposal of the rejected material.
• Dispose garbage and waste generated using the waste compactor.
• Stock supplies and consumable goods required for the GMP activities. Accountable for maintaining & stock keeping of supplies.
• Clean and maintain the changing rooms with supplies.
• Assist Maintenance Department with routine duties such as changing and cleaning filters.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines. Must report unsafe conditions, near misses, and/or injuries in a timely manner.
• All other job-related duties

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year experience in janitorial related field.
• Technical Knowledge
• Functional Knowledge

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands; talk; and hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.

This is a non-exempt position that pays $19.05 per hour.

This pay represents the base hourly rate. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus which aligns to both individual and company performance.
