APG is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily apartment maintenance operations at our Florida property. You will lead the maintenance team, manage preventive programs, and ensure timely completion of work orders and turnovers.
The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, and solid knowledge of property systems. You’ll coordinate contractors, manage inventory, and report updates to management. Excellent service delivery is expected.
