Building Maintenance Technician

Our client, in the warehousing and distribution industry, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have dependability, attention to detail, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Brunswick, GA

Pay Range: $16

Shift: 10:00 am - 7:15 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse facility through routine janitorial duties
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance to support efficient operations
• Inspect the facility regularly to identify safety concerns and maintenance needs
• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with seasonal maintenance activities and exterior cleanup efforts

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices
• Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
