Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and ensure restaurant equipment is in good working condition;
Filter fryer oil daily;
Maintain exterior grounds;
Clean restaurant equipment;
Clean interior and exterior windows;
Clean stockrooms and restrooms;
Unload delivery trucks approximately twice per week;
Remove trash and empty trash compactor;
Replace light bulbs;
Clean HVAC and exhaust units;
Remove debris from the roof;
Complete routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks;
Report equipment or facility concerns to restaurant management
