The role emphasizes building/vehicle maintenance, landscaping, repairs, refurbishments and cleaning while fostering positive relationships with residents.
You will perform outdoor landscaping, meter reads, after-hours response, safety inspections and preventative maintenance, with a 20-hour weekly schedule designed to meet community needs.
