Facility Maintenance

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing tear down and cleaning of finishing lines byprepping lines to run prior to first shifts arrival.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Flushing lines.

Cleaning spray gun caps and tips.

Changing filters.

Cleaning rollers, trays, and belts.

Scraping booths clean and re greasing.

Recirculating pumps.

Replacing the bags on spray guns.

Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Stand and walk up to eight hours per day on concrete surfaces.

Physically carry and transport items up to eight hours a day.

Must be able to lift, carry, and transport in excess of twenty pounds frequently and repetitively for up to eight hours a day.

Frequently bend, stoop, reach grasps, twist, push, and pull items which range in excess oftwenty pounds.

Must be able to communicate effectively with management and coworkers by phone orin-person.

Must be mentally alter and capable of remembering oral instructions and routine tasks.

Must be able to withstand fluctuations in temperature and environmental fluctuations.

Must be able to work in cramped spaces, and heights of more than ten feet.

Good attendance and punctuality is necessary.

Must exemplify through appearance and behavior the company’s image of excellence.

Must be alert and able to identify and respond to a hazard by either reporting itimmediately, or by taking corrective measures if directed.

III. Sensory Requirements:
Medium Activity Requirement Hearing Corrected  to detect a minimum amplitude of 65 dB(A) for normal speaking voice at a distance of three feet.
