Maintenance Porter

We are seeking a dependable Apartment Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of a local apartment community. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

Maintenance Porter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Pick up trash throughout the property.
• Clean breezeways, sidewalks, stairwells, and common areas.
• Empty trash cans and maintain dumpster areas.
• Sweep, pressure wash, and assist with property cleanup.
• Assist with apartment trash-outs and make-ready units.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help maintain landscaping and curb appeal.
• Assist the maintenance team with light maintenance duties as needed.

Maintenance Porter

Qualifications:

• Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
